Substitute Player Registration — $10

This registration is for players who are not on a team’s original roster but may be used as substitutes during the season.

The $10 fee is paid once. Once registered and approved, you may sub for any team in the league during the season at no additional cost.

Before playing, you must, in addition to paying $10, sign the league waiver here:

Registration does not guarantee eligibility if a player is currently suspended, has previously been banned, or is otherwise ineligible under league rules.
